Commercial Plumbing TechnicianSuperior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is a statewide provider of skilled commercial services specializing in retail, grocery, and convenience store projects. We deliver excellence in commercial tenant improvements, remodels, and 24/7 service supported by our dedicated dispatch team.We are seeking a Commercial Plumbing Technician to join our Plumbing Service team. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of recent commercial plumbing experience in new construction, tenant improvement projects, or commercial service and be available to work second-shift hours. A company vehicle and gas card are provided to support travel between jobsites and other field operations.Schedule:Monday to Friday (Days)Overtime available but not guaranteedResponsibilities:Provide informative customer service to clients with professional conductDiagnose and clear clogged main and branch lines using cable machines, and perform camera line inspectionsInstall, repair or replace commercial plumbing fixtures and water heatersProperly diagnose and repair issues with sanitary waste, vent, or potable water pipesInspect or repair grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps and lift stationsDiagnose and unclog drains with cable machines, hydro jets, or camera linesSubmit service paperwork with a summary of the work provided after each service appointmentCollaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely mannerDrive and operate company vehicles within department guidelinesWillingness to take on additional duties as needed to support the departmentRequirements:Four years of recent and relevant commercial plumbing experienceValid driver license with no more than two points or driving restrictions on the driving recordAble to pass a pre-employment drug testVerbal and written English literacy for the use of cell phone and mobile email communicationAbout the Company:Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is a commercial service and construction company with over 20 years of experience delivering high-quality electrical and plumbing solutions across California and other states.
