Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) to support sales activities, account penetration and customer growth.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, understand customer requirements and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Prepare and coordinate customer quotations, proposals, sales documents and follow-up communications. Review customer/user requirements and support technical order reviews and quotation activities.
• Schedule and confirm customer appointments for Field Sales Representatives.
• Manage and follow up on sales opportunities throughout the pipeline to help drive timely closure.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing a positive experience throughout the sales cycle.
• Work with Field Sales, Technical Support, Product Management, Operations and other internal teams to resolve customer issues and support opportunities.
• Qualify target accounts and identify potential business opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of Process Analytics products and services and communicate product value propositions to customers.
• Identify and support upselling and cross-selling opportunities for products, consumables, accessories and services.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in SAP or other CRM systems.
• Coordinate regularly with Field Sales teams to review account strategy, opportunity status and support needs.
• Follow company pricing guidelines, sales processes and policies.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining strong customer service and professional communication.

What You Need to Succeed

• 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service or a related sales role.
• Experience handling inbound/outbound calls and sales opportunities.
• Experience preparing quotations/proposals and maintaining CRM records.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM/SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
