Outbound Warehouse Supervisor

What You'll Lead

Supervise 15-18 hourly associates
Report directly to the Shipping Manager
Drive performance across key KPIs: Safety, Cost Control, Individual Performance, Team Performance

What You'll Do

Oversee shipping, order pulling, loading trucks, and delivery paperwork
Hire, schedule, train, coach, and evaluate warehouse associates
Ensure accurate, complete, and timely order pulling
Confirm all orders are loaded in proper stop sequence for next-day delivery
Ensure proper stocking and FIFO rotation for all received product
Coordinate pick planning with the Shipping Manager
Utilize WMS and warehouse technology to maximize productivity
Analyze productivity and recommend improvements
Oversee building security (locking warehouse, setting alarms)
Ensure safe operation of all material-handling equipment
Maintain compliance with all health and safety programs
Perform additional duties as needed - including covering routes when required

What You Need to Have

High School Diploma/GED (Associate degree a plus)
3+ years warehousing/distribution industry experience
Food or foodservice warehouse experience a plus
Experience supervising shipping, picking/order selection, and truck loading
Strong KPI and productivity analysis experience
Knowledge of WMS and LMS
Strong service ethic and leadership presence
Knowledge of OSHA warehouse standards
Ability to work night-shift hours
OSHA or forklift certification a plus
Strong communication skills
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
