Senior People Operations Lead, HRIS & Onboarding/Compliance

Hut 8 is seeking a Principal, People Operations to own the transactional backbone of the employee experience across HQ and sites. You’ll oversee onboarding, offboarding, and all HRIS changes, ensuring compliance and defensible records. The role partners with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, IT, Finance and Legal to maintain data integrity. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in HR Operations, hands-on I-9 expertise, and multi-state administration, with strong Excel skills and the ability to operate in #J-18808-Ljbffr Hut 8
