Together, we are redefining elevator services with entrepreneurial spirit, superior service, and a shared vision of becoming the global standard of excellence.Responsibilities and DutiesEssential duties and responsibilities:Supervises Route and Repair Technicians direction and training, and communicating company policies, procedures and objectivesAdministers company safety program. Includes performing safety audits when necessary and stressing the importance of safety to all employeesVisits job sites and performs quality audits to insure that route work is being completed efficiently and in a cost effective mannerIdentify issues that could potentially affect the overall reliability of customer's equipmentUses Company financial reporting review route management and callbacksMake necessary changes to improved profitabilityProvide technical input to sales staff on the scope of work and materials needed to bid repair work.
