Industrial Maintenance Technician - Food Manufacturing

Agropur is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support reliable, safe operation of our dairy manufacturing facility. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on processing, packaging, and utility equipment, including pumps, conveyors, refrigeration, and boilers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and basic electrical issues, performing scheduled inspections, completing work orders, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. You’ll partner closely with production, quality, and safety teams to minimize downtime, support continuous improvement, and uphold Agropur’s high standards for food safety and sustainability.
