Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Teacher to support students with diverse learning needs through individualized, student-centered instruction. At Kaleidoscope, we believe that if a child learns differently, our approach should adapt to meet them where they are. This role focuses on fostering academic, social, and emotional growth within a supportive and inclusive learning environment. What You’ll Do Design and deliver individualized lessons that reflect diverse learning styles and abilities Adapt curriculum, instructional methods, and materials to support student engagement and success Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment Implement behavior support and treatment plans in collaboration with clinical staff Provide instruction in academic content, life skills, and social development Monitor student progress and adjust instruction based on data and observation Collaborate with clinical team members, families, and caregivers Participate in team meetings, professional development, and program events What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution or Experience working with students with developmental, behavioral, or learning differences Bilingual skills a plus Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to student-centered learning What We Offer Paid time off and holidays Supportive, interdisciplinary team environment Ongoing training and professional growth opportunities Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
