We provide on the job training and we will help you work towards obtaining required licenses. Once licensed, you will work to secure the release of individuals in custody and assist them through the criminal justice process. Qualifications Required: Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed 2-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings such as background checks and drug screens in order to become licensed. Must have lived in California for the last 2 consecutive years due to licensing requirements. Must have a valid drivers' license with no restrictions and a clean driving record to be placed on client auto insurance. Travel to jails and or courthouse up to 145 miles, to process bail bonds in potential adverse weather conditions. Company vehicle is provided. Must have reliable transportation to and from work Must be willing to work any shift to support our 24 hour operations including: weekends, holidays, graveyards, day shift and swing shift. Must be willing and able to work on call as assigned/needed. Excellent communication skills, including phone manner and in person customer service Excellent command of the keyboard and data entry Ability to deploy a strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills. Ability to escalate and de-escalate situations effectively. Attention to detail and spelling Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
