Shift: 8hr NOCs

Ratios: 1:15-25

Years of Experience REQ: 2 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience, IV, Central Line Blood Draw, Central Line Dressing Change, IV Pumps, Starting IVs (hard requirement)

First-Timers Accepted: No, 1 year of travel required

Weekend REQ: Every other weekend

Certs REQ: BCLS

Is On-Call REQ?: No

Will this traveler need to float between like units?: Yes

Typically 3 shifts/24hrs spent in TCU, with remaining time spent floating to other areas

Open to accommodating block schedule?: Yes

Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate

Pending License Accepted: Yes

RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager

Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every two weeks)

Special Requirements - Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation, preferably their own vehicle, and no additional scheduling restrictions.
