Job Description

As a Blakeford nurse, you will:

Supervise and support Caregivers in daily care delivery
Admit, transfer, and discharge residents
Document care and resident responses accurately
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Maintain accurate narcotic and medication records
Review and update resident care plans
and more!
