Open Road Minis is seeking to add a FULL time Mechanic/Dismantler AND LEAD TECH position to our Team. We are looking two hard working & self-motivated employees. The pay depends on your skills, abilities, and auto repair experience. We do everything from minor repairs to engine replacements. You must have your own tools and be able to show up on time every day without making excuses. We are looking to hire 1 mechanic who can test, diagnose drive cars, do minor repairs, and pre-purchase inspections. A VALID TEXAS DRIVERS LICENCE IS REQUIRED. He/She also will be responsible for properly removing all high-quality auto parts and usable core parts in a safe, efficient, and proper manner. To excel in this position the applicant must be able to multitask, communicate well with others and have hands-on automotive repair experience with a knowledge of automobiles. This person needs to be very goal orientated and willing to work at a very fast pace while maintaining the quality and accuracy set forth in the job expectations. He/She will play a critical role in ensuring a positive customer experience. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with a quality part/service as described.
