Warehouse Worker – e-Commerce Distribution CenterThis role supports an e-commerce distribution center by safely and efficiently moving products throughout an 800,000 sq ft facility using material handling equipment. You will receive, stock, pick, pack, and load merchandise to ensure products reach customers in perfect condition and on time. The position offers full-time, Monday–Friday schedules on either a 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. shift.ResponsibilitiesOperate electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment to move products safely and efficiently throughout the distribution center.Unload inbound trucks and process the receipt of merchandise, ensuring accuracy and completeness of incoming shipments.Stock received merchandise into designated locations, maintaining organized and clearly labeled storage areas.Use RF scanners to locate, pick, and fulfill customer orders according to order specifications and productivity standards.Pack smaller products into larger containers or cartons for shipment, ensuring items are protected and packaged correctly.Stage and move completed orders to the loading dock in preparation for outbound shipment.Load merchandise onto outbound trucks for shipment to store locations, verifying that the correct products and quantities are loaded.Follow inventory management practices to help maintain accurate stock levels and minimize errors.Perform general labor and production tasks as needed to support overall warehouse operations.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following facility safety guidelines and housekeeping standards.Essential SkillsExperience operating an electric pallet jack or similar warehouse equipment.Hands-on experience with receiving and unloading operations in a warehouse or distribution environment.Order picking and fulfillment experience, including locating and handling products efficiently.Shipping, packing, and load handling experience for outbound orders.Ability to use RF scanners for inventory, picking, and order processing tasks.General labor and production experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.High School Diploma or equivalent education.Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday on either a 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. shift.Capability to work on your feet, handle physical tasks, and move products safely throughout the shift.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in an e-commerce distribution center or large-scale warehouse environment.Familiarity with inventory management processes and basic warehouse documentation.Comfort working with technology, including RF scanners and warehouse systems.Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate picking, packing, and stocking.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and support coworkers as needed.Why Work Here?You will join a collaborative, team-oriented distribution environment that supports the delivery of the latest technology products across the country.
