Assembly Worker

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in appliance production, is seeking a dedicated Assembly Worker to join their team. As an Assembler , you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, strong dexterity, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly 

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Pay Range: $17.00-$17.80/hour

Shift: 1st: 6:00AM to 2:30PM
2nd: 3:00pm to 11:30pm

What's the Job?

• Ensure the timely delivery of components and finished units to meet production schedules.
• Read and interpret work instructions, product drawings, and special handling sheets (SHS).
• Use manual and power tools, along with measuring devices, to assemble appliances and perform functional tests.
• Inspect finished products for quality, identify defects, and manage non-conforming materials appropriately.
• Support a safe and organized work environment through adherence to best practices in material handling.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of assembly experience in a manufacturing or HVAC environment.
• Strong understanding of assembly tools, processes, and work instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret product drawings, standard work, and job travelers.
• Strong dexterity required
