Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care (Part-time Night Shift)

We are seeking a compassionate part-time Registered Nurse for night shifts to join our Long-Term Care team. Responsibilities Include Providing prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to residents. Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care using the nursing process. Conducting comprehensive admission assessments and reconciliation processes. Collecting and documenting resident data across physical, psychosocial, spiritual, educational, and discharge needs. Communicating effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members to ensure continuity of care. Developing and updating individualized care plans and promoting patient safety. Providing education tailored to residents, families, and staff needs. Supervising healthcare team members and participating in quality improvement activities. Assisting with social work/discharge planning and informing residents about available services. Qualifications And Skills Graduate of an accredited RN program. Current Nebraska RN licensure.
