Are you a hands-on leader who takes pride in creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms? We are looking for a dependable and motivated Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping department and maintain high standards throughout the hotel.

Starting Salary: $40,000–$45,000 annually, depending on experience Performance review after 90 days

Key Responsibilities

• Create daily housekeeping boards and assign rooms.
• Lead, train, schedule, and support housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality.
• Monitor room status and communicate closely with the front desk.
• Manage housekeeping supplies, linens, and inventory.
• Help with laundry and clean guest rooms when business levels require it.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and maintenance issues.
• Maintain Holiday Inn brand standards and hotel safety procedures.
• Control labor while ensuring rooms are cleaned and ready on time.
• Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed.

Position Requirements

• Previous hotel housekeeping leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be available to work weekends, as they are our busiest days.
• Must be reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to lead by example.
• Must be comfortable working alongside the team and helping wherever needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment and manage changing priorities.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform the physical duties associated with housekeeping.

This is a hands-on leadership position. The right candidate will set clear expectations, hold the team accountable, and step in to help ensure every room is clean, inspected, and ready for our guests.
