Client Service Specialist - Blended

$20 - $22 per hour

Client Service Specialist – Syracuse, NY

NurseCore is a national leader in medical staffing and home care. We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to support recruiting, scheduling, client relations, and daily branch operations in our Syracuse location.

Compensation: $20–$22 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate field staff to meet client needs.
Recruit, interview, and assist with onboarding caregivers and healthcare professionals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Respond to client needs and help resolve service issues promptly.
Provide administrative and operational support to the branch.
Assist with other duties as needed to support branch and client needs.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of staffing, customer service, healthcare, or related experience.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with computers and standard office technology.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
College coursework preferred.

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required based on business needs.
