Work Schedule Summer Hours (through September 5) Monday – Friday 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM Standard Schedule Monday – Thursday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Friday 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM Breaks include two paid 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch period. **This entry-level role is responsible for supporting the layout, assembly, and wiring of electrical control panels according to customer specifications and engineering documentation. ** Key Responsibilities Review build sheets, assembly drawings, and production documentation Assemble electrical panel plates, enclosures, and related components according to specifications Install electrical components, controllers, and hardware following engineering documentation Wire electrical assemblies using designated cable types, wire gauges, ferrules, tags, and identification methods Ensure all work meets quality standards and production requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals Follow established procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Technical school, vocational training, or electrical coursework is a plus Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and documentation Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn Preferred Skills Electrical assembly or manufacturing experience Familiarity with wiring techniques and electrical components Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities Strong organizational and time-management skills What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Opportunity to develop technical and electrical assembly skills Supportive team-oriented environment Stable, full-time employment with growth potential Clean and safety-focused workplace If you're looking for an opportunity to build your career in electrical manufacturing and contribute to a high-performing team, apply today. #ALINE3
