Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5x8s or 4x10s, Monday–Friday, rotating schedule and start times between 0600–2030; call required at least 1 night per week and 1 weekend per schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures
• Coordinate the flow of equipment, supplies, and staff in the operating room
• Ensure patient safety throughout all phases of perioperative care
• Participate in patient care planning, assessment, and nursing treatment
• Fulfill on-call responsibilities as scheduled, including nights and weekends

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.S.) or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of full-time operating room experience
• Experience in Orthopedic, Neurology, and Trauma surgical specialties
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor (AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from an approved vendor
• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification
