Quality Technician

Quality TechnicianThe Quality Technician is responsible for monitoring and maintaining manufacturing processes and materials to ensure that Formlabs Ohio products are in conformance with quality requirements.What You'll Do:Work closely with cross-functional teams including production and manufacturing to assure that the expected quality requirements are being met.Performs in-process inspections of regulated and non-regulated manufacturing processes.Performs inspection on incoming materials and componentsPrepares, distributes, and approves labels for use in regulated product manufacturing.Review quality records and processes to ensure quality requirements are being met.Supports the development of new Department Operating Procedures and quality forms and records.Performs and supports qualification, maintenance, and calibration of equipment as needed.Uses quality tools, instrumentation, and standards to verify product specificationsPerforms and supports quality-related failure investigationsGenerates non-conforming reports and CAPA reports.Uses quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.All other duties as assigned by supervision.About You:3-4 years experience working in manufacturing quality operations.Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment a plus (food and beverage, medical, automotive)Experience in quality control system, failure investigation, and continuous improvement.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Excellent attention to detail.Must be able to manage multiple tasks.Proficient in Microsoft systemsBonus Skills:Bachelor's degree preferredExperience working in an ISO 9001 environmentOur Benefits & Perks:Medical/dental/vision insurance3% 401k matchCompany provided lunch 3 days a weekUnlimited access to 3d printingWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
