• Have 13 Years Of Hands-On Caregiving Experience
• Hold Or Have Worked As An HHA, PCA, Or CNA (A Plus, Not A Requirement)
• Lead With Patience And Show Up With Consistency
• Can Follow A Care Plan And Communicate Clearly
• Have A Valid Driver's License And Reliable Transportation (Preferred)
