We are currently seeking a Hospitality‑Focused Front of House Supervisor to join our Top of the Woods Culinary Team . In this hands‑on leadership role, you will help create an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests while supporting and coaching the dining services team. What You’ll Do Assist in overseeing daily dining room operations and maintain the appearance and presentation of the dining room and server stations. Ensure tables, place settings, chairs, floors, lighting, and service areas meet established standards. Coordinate resident and guest seating in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner. Schedule server stations and work assignments to ensure excellent service and operational efficiency. Provide on‑the‑job training and coaching for dining room staff, including workplace safety procedures and service standards. Maintain accurate meal counts, reservations, and resident charges. Demonstrate proficiency with the Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system. Assign and monitor side work before and after shifts. Assign servers to designated stations and ensure service expectations are met. Provide hands‑on table service and beverage service as needed. Support inventory management and cost‑control initiatives. Monitor and replenish dining room supplies, including linens and carry‑out products. Serve as a leader and resource for team members in the absence of the Dining Room Manager. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two (2) years of front‑of‑house experience in a fine dining restaurant, private club, hotel, senior living community, or similar hospitality environment. Strong leadership, organizational, and team‑building skills. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality. Ability to effectively communicate and build positive relationships with residents, families, guests, team members, and management. Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
