CNC Machinist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented *CNC Machinist* to operate, set up, and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. The ideal candidate should have experience with technical drawings, CNC programming, and quality control procedures.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., mills, lathes, grinders) according to engineering drawings and specifications.
* Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM files.
* Load raw materials and monitor machining operations to ensure proper cutting, drilling, or shaping.
* Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
* Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure adherence to tolerances.
* Make adjustments to machine controls or tool offsets as needed.
* Document production records and maintain equipment logs.
* Adhere to safety standards and company protocols.
* Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and other machinists to improve processes.

*Qualifications:*

* High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or associate’s degree preferred).
* Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
* Familiarity with G-code and CNC programming.
* Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient with measuring instruments and quality control standards.
* Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
