Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities Assist with procurement activities related to supply ordering, purchase requisitions, and issuance of purchase orders. Review purchase requisitions for accuracy and completeness. Monitor warehouse supply levels and reorder materials. Maintain and manage user access for vendor systems. Process invoices and assign general ledger codes. Investigate and resolve branch-level supply issues. Provide phone and email support to internal business partners. Reconcile departmental corporate credit card transactions. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior administrative, operations, or office support experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organizational and time management skills.
