What You'll Do
- Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, and heat pumps
- Follow installation specifications, manufacturer guidelines, and local codes
- Test and verify system performance, efficiency, and safety
- Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure high-quality workmanship
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and customer interactions
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer questions regarding their systems
- Follow all safety procedures and industry best practices
What We're Looking For
- Lead installer with Minimum 3 year of residential HVAC installation experience
- NH Gas License preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and refrigeration principles
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas
