What You'll Do

Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, and heat pumps
Follow installation specifications, manufacturer guidelines, and local codes
Test and verify system performance, efficiency, and safety
Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure high-quality workmanship
Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and customer interactions
Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer questions regarding their systems
Follow all safety procedures and industry best practices

What We're Looking For

Lead installer with Minimum 3 year of residential HVAC installation experience
NH Gas License preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and refrigeration principles
Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas
