We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our Pediatric Ophthalmology practice. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and providing excellent patient care in a supportive medical environment.
Position: Monday through Thursday, 7:45- 5:00 or until last patient leaves
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Answer and direct phone calls
Verify insurance and collect co-pays
Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
