Confidently guide families through program options, schedules, and promotions. Manage Leads & Follow‑Up: Track and follow up on web leads, inquiries, and tours to ensure no opportunity is missed and every family receives timely communication. Support Front Desk Sales Execution: Partner with the front desk team to reinforce sales best practices, support enrollment conversations, and ensure consistency in messaging. Guide the Family Journey & Experience: Deliver a welcoming, informative, and professional experience for every family interaction, building trust and long‑term relationships. Track Performance & Results: Monitor leads, conversions, and follow‑ups to support school enrollment goals and overall performance. Represent the Aqua‑Tots Brand: Uphold a high standard of professionalism, warmth, and integrity in all interactions. What We're Looking For Sales or customer‑facing experience preferred (retail, service, or membership sales is a plus). Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Comfortable working toward goals, metrics, and accountability. Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented. Positive attitude with a team‑first mindset.
