Card Group Sales Manager - Cobrand Card

Driving business development and sales activities for the Credit Card business. Managing a sales team and implementing sales goals for accounts. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships. Leading the creation of integrated acquisition plans. Managing new account forecasting and performance reporting. Collaborating with co-brand partners, Marketing, Analytics, Product, Risk, Finance, and Digital teams. Requirements 5+ years of experience in cobrand credit card or related industries. Demonstrated experience developing and executing customer acquisition strategies. Strong analytical and forecasting skills with experience translating data into business recommendations. Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships, including external partners. Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives across matrixed organizations. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in driving business development and sales activities within the Credit Card industry, with a strong focus on customer acquisition strategies and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
