Schedule: Full-Time Nights, Rotating Weekends

Join our close-knit team in a 6-bed ICU, where you'll provide high-acuity, personalized care in a supportive and collaborative environment. We offer low nurse-to-patient ratios, strong team culture, rotating weekends, and opportunities for growth and development.

How you'll contribute

A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments
• Ability to float to various clinical areas where qualified and competent.

What we're looking for


Applicants should have an active Virginia RN license (single-state) or compact license. If relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.

Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS and PALS within 90 days of hire
• Handle with Care within one year of hire

Hourly Range: $30.64 - $41.36
