The Busser at Sandbar Grill plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment that enhances the overall guest experience. This position is responsible for efficiently clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers, and ensuring that the dining area is tidy and well-stocked throughout service hours. The Busser supports the front-of-house team by promptly attending to guests' needs and facilitating smooth table turnover during busy periods. By maintaining cleanliness and order, the Busser helps create a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that service stations are stocked with necessary supplies such as napkins, silverware, and glassware.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to support smooth and timely service during peak hours.
