About You:
You're a creative storyteller with a sharp voice and a passion for crafting compelling narratives. A self-starter with a knack for words, you thrive on bringing ideas to life through copy that captivates, persuades, and inspires action. Whether it's a punchy tagline, a scroll-stopping social post, or a well-researched long-form piece, you know how to tailor your writing to the audience, the medium, and the moment.

You've had hands-on experience in advertising, branding, or marketing—whether through previous agency roles, freelance work, or an impressive portfolio that speaks for itself. You're eager to refine your craft, push creative boundaries, and collaborate with a dynamic team of strategists, designers, and media experts to deliver messaging that makes an impact.

This in-person role offers the opportunity to work on a range of projects across various clients and industries. You'll report directly to the Senior Copywriter while working closely with the creative, media, and social teams to develop and execute brand messaging across multiple platforms.

What You'll Do:

• Write compelling, audience-driven content for websites, social media, email campaigns, print materials, video scripts, and more.
• Adapt tone, style, and messaging to align with brand voices, industry nuances, and specific campaign goals.
• Conduct research on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to inform and elevate creative concepts.
• Collaborate across teams (Design, Media, PR, Social) to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned across channels.
• Organize and maintain content for both internal and client use, ensuring assets are easy to access and repurpose.
• Contribute fresh ideas to brainstorming sessions, concept development, and creative strategy discussions.

• A strong, versatile writing voice with the ability to flex across different mediums and industries.
• A creative mindset that thrives on originality, problem-solving, and innovative storytelling.
• Meticulous attention to detail—whether in grammar, messaging consistency, or project execution.
• Solid research skills for crafting informed, engaging, and credible content.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with teammates and clients.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities, fast timelines, and client feedback.
• Receptive to constructive criticism—you know that great work gets even better through iteration.
• A foundational understanding of marketing concepts and different digital and traditional advertising channels.
• A portfolio of writing samples that showcase your skills across different content types (bonus points for a portfolio website!).
