Senior Global Marketing Manager (Antibody)

Senior Global Marketing Manager for Thermo Fisher Scientific's transplant diagnostics division, responsible for driving growth and adoption of molecular diagnostics portfolios. The role involves developing market strategies, creating clinical education campaigns, and leading cross-functional initiatives to expand diagnostic solutions across global regions.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth and adoption of molecular diagnostics portfolio by identifying market opportunities and defining expansion strategies
- Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs and regional teams to develop evidence requirements and clinical education strategies
- Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through sales enablement, measuring performance against revenue targets
- Develop compliant clinical education content and market-conditioning materials across multiple channels
- Build scalable market activation playbooks and frameworks that work across diverse regulatory environments
Requirements
- Advanced degree plus 6 years, or bachelor's degree plus 8 years in product marketing for molecular diagnostics, IVD, genomics, or clinical diagnostics
- Expertise in market creation, segmentation analysis, long-range planning, and market sizing
- Proven ability to identify adoption barriers and develop strategies to overcome them in clinical markets
- Experience collaborating with Medical Affairs, MSLs, HEOR teams on evidence and validation strategies
- Demonstrated success leading global product launches and integrated campaign management
- Strong expertise in storytelling and multi-channel content creation across digital, video, and email platforms
- Advanced proficiency in digital marketing tools, emerging technologies, and project management
Compensation: $129,200–$193,850 base
