Job Details: Mechanical BIM Technician

What You'll Do
- Create and coordinate HVAC designs and 3D Revit models for commercial and institutional projects.
- Produce construction drawings, mechanical layouts, and detailed fabrication documentation using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver accurate, code-compliant designs.
- Interpret engineering and architectural drawings while supporting project coordination from design through construction.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
- BIM experience and MEP/building design experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
