As our firm continues to expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to join our Pre-Litigation team. Benefits 401(k) with matching and profit‑sharing opportunities Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays Comprehensive health insurance Free parking Firm-hosted events and team activities Opportunities for career growth and advancement Responsibilities Conduct client interviews to gather case details and evaluate needs Develop and manage individualized case strategies and timelines Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date case records Oversee and coordinate medical treatment scheduling Manage property damage claims from start to resolution Monitor case progress, making adjustments to achieve desired outcomes Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and team members Qualifications Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager in a law firm setting (required) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Familiarity with legal case management software (experience with CASEpeer is a plus) Strong knowledge of personal injury law and related medical terminology Professional phone etiquette and excellent written/verbal communication skills Ability to reliably commute to Burbank, CA (onsite role) Job Type: Full-time | 40 hours per week Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
