Full Stack Developer

Requirements Must have: We require an associates or bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. We expect 2–5 years of software development experience. We value experience building applications with .NET, Java, or similar object-oriented languages. We look for hands‑on experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle. We need understanding of REST APIs and system integrations. We want knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web application development. We seek strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. We require excellent communication and collaboration skills. We prefer a self‑motivated person who is eager to learn new technologies. Preferred qualifications include experience with ASP.NET Core, Blazor, Angular, React, or comparable front‑end frameworks. Preferred qualifications also include experience with Microsoft Azure or cloud‑based development. Preferred qualifications include use of GitHub or other version control systems. Responsibilities We design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain internal business applications. We build both front‑end user interfaces and back‑end application logic. We create and support APIs and integrations between internal systems. We partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and turn business needs into technical solutions. We enhance existing applications and identify opportunities to modernize them. We develop and optimize SQL databases, stored procedures, and data integrations. We troubleshoot software issues and deliver timely fixes. We write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code that follows our development standards. We participate in application architecture, code reviews, and software testing. We ensure application security, reliability, and data integrity. We assist with user training and provide technical support for internally developed applications. We research emerging technologies and recommend improvements that increase business efficiency. We maintain technical documentation, user guides, and application specifications. We support software deployments, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
