• 5,000 bonus for a limited time
• 50 daily rate if all days worked
• 19 - $20.50 per non-lift gate stop
• 30 - $31.50 per stop for deliveries into NYC boroughs
• 23 -$24.50 per stop for non-NYC
• 100 if a layover occurs
