If you enjoy working in a creative, fast-paced environment, then we would love to hear from you!Job Profile: Stock AssociateReports To: Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager/Stock SupervisorDivision: RetailMain Job Objective: OperationsEssential Job Responsibilities:Keep selling floor and merchandise neat, organized and stockedAssist in the maintenance of all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floorAssist in all areas of stock, shipping, receiving protocol/policies and all shipping/receiving related paperwork.Participate in inventoriesComply with all Point-of-Sale policies and proceduresProperly execute all relevant register functionsAdhere to work schedule, inclusive of time and attendanceParticipate in all relevant training and development seminars, programs and meetings as directed by store managementProvide the highest level of customer serviceBuild and maintain repeat clientele; utilize client bookResolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfactionYou'll Need To Have:2+ years of relevant retail experienceStrong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele.Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English is required.Authorization to work for any employer in the United States.
