Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state license (or eligibility), and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Candidates currently in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are also encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings is highly valued
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students as needed
• Develop customized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual student goals
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy services both in-person and via teletherapy platforms
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support student progress and whole-child wellbeing
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and meetings
• Maintain accurate and timely records, reporting student progress and therapy outcomes
• Provide consultation and training to school staff when appropriate
