Role Description The Service Advisor is a full-time, on-site role located at Pacific BMW in Glendale, CA. This role is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their vehicle service needs, and clearly explaining recommended maintenance or repairs. The Service Advisor prepares service estimates, opens and updates repair orders, coordinates with technicians, and monitors the progress of each vehicle to ensure timely completion. Daily tasks include communicating service status, reviewing invoices with customers, and answering questions to promote transparency and trust. The role also involves following up after service visits, supporting aftersales programs, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction aligned with Pacific BMW’s customer-focused culture. Qualifications Extensive experience as a Service Advisor in a Luxury dealership/service center is preferred. Strong customer service orientation, with skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer-focused Service. Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality Customer Service in an automotive or similar service environment. Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and internal teams. Knowledge of Aftersales processes, including service follow-up, warranty considerations, and maintenance programs. Ability to work on-site full time, manage multiple customer appointments, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Comfort using dealership management or service scheduling software and basic computer applications. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or automotive certifications are a plus.
