• 12-hour night shifts
• 3 shifts per week
• 36 hours/week
• Part-Time assignment
• Contract Duration: 06/08/2026 – 09/05/2026

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions
• Manage invasive and non-invasive ventilators
• Respond to emergency situations including Code Blue and rapid response
• Provide oxygen therapy and respiratory treatments
• Perform airway management and tracheostomy/endotracheal tube care
• Conduct diagnostic procedures such as blood gas analysis, oximetry, ECG, and pulmonary testing
• Educate patients and families about respiratory therapy and medications
• Document patient care and communicate updates with the healthcare team
• Clean, maintain, and troubleshoot respiratory equipment
• Participate in quality improvement and departmental meetings

Education Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Care (Required) Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Care (Preferred) Certifications & Licensure Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Kentucky Respiratory Care License OR Indiana Respiratory License BLS Certification ACLS Certification PALS Certification NRP Certification (required for neonatal care roles)
