WE Developments is expanding our Detroit, MI team and is hiring motivated, personable individuals for a Customer Service Representative position. This full-time, in-person opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping people, communicating face-to-face, and working in a positive, team-oriented environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work directly with customers throughout the Detroit area, answering questions, providing information about available products and services, assisting with account needs, and helping create a positive customer experience.

No previous customer service experience is required. WE Developments provides hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and professional development to help new team members build confidence in customer service, communication, account support, and client relations.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and approachable manner
• Answer questions regarding products, services, promotions, and account options
• Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Assist with new accounts, service selections, upgrades, and account changes
• Provide customer support and follow-up throughout the service process
• Address general questions and concerns with a solution-focused approach
• Build positive customer relationships through clear communication
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity
• Stay informed on client services, promotions, and program updates
• Support customer engagement and local outreach initiatives
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer service and performance goals
• Contribute to a professional, energetic, and team-focused workplace

Key Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Available to work full-time and on-site in Detroit, MI
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Comfortable working directly with customers face-to-face
• Dependable, organized, and willing to learn
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate information clearly and professionally
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or another customer-facing role is helpful but not required
