The ideal candidate will have the technical acumen and skills to facilitate smooth design, coordination, and construction workflows while optimizing project quality and productivity.**Responsibilities include:*** Lead development and coordination of 3D utility models in OpenRoads, including complex vertical geometry, utility crossings, and conflict resolution with roadway and drainage elements.* Collaborate with technical and design teams to develop, implement, and maintain company-wide BIM standards, procedures, and protocols.* Interface directly with clients and STV engineers to define CAD deliverables, ensuring projects are executed as per agreed-upon CAD protocols.* Establish and maintain model-driven plan and profile sheets using OpenRoads drawing and sheet models, ensuring consistency throughout design revisions.* Mentor and provide technical oversight to junior designers and EITs in ORD workflows and standards.* Troubleshoot complex OpenRoads modeling and sheet production issues, providing solutions that balance software capability, standards compliance, and project schedules.**Requirements:*** 10+ years of AEC industry experience with a strong focus on Microstation/ORD utility relocation design.* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to participate in cross-functional teams.* Ability to solve problems and carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision.* Work on multiple projects simultaneously under aggressive timelines.* Strong organizational and project management skills.**Preferred but not Required:*** Professional Bentley ORD certifications.* Understanding of construction scheduling and estimating.* Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and/or Revit.Compensation Range:$87,977.91 - $100,546.18**STV offers the following benefits** • Health insurance, including an option with a Health Savings Account • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Transit and Parking where applicable) • Disability insurance • Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment • 401(k) Plan • Retirement Counseling • Employee Assistance Program • Paid Time Off (starting at 16 days) • Paid Holidays (9 days) • Back-Up Dependent Care (up to 10 days per year) • Parental Leave (up to 80 hours) • Continuing Education Program • Professional Licensure and Society MembershipsSTV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.
