1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | $21.36/hr

2nd Shift: 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM | $22.36/hr

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Read work orders and follow daily production schedules.
• Stack, sort, and package finished products.
• Use tape measures, gauges, and measuring tools to verify specifications.
• Complete production paperwork and basic computer data entry.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience preferred.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Comfortable working around machinery in a production environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work throughout the shift.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mead, NE.

The pay range for this position is $21.36 - $22.36/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
