Business Development Associate

Job Summary Entrepreneur and sales leader sought for growing consulting practice. You will develop and manage a book of business in finance and accounting staffing. Daily Responsibilities Establish and maintain target list and develop client relationships. Conduct prospecting activities including phone calls, email, social media, in‑person meetings, and other methods. Generate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives. Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment. Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and data for managing and growing a client book and planning daily tasks. Collaborate with team to cross‑sell and/or fulfill open positions across other lines of business or national practices as appropriate. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required. 1–3 years of experience in finance & accounting staffing augmentation preferred. Background in audit, tax, and/or public accounting a plus. Proven success achieving and/or exceeding performance goals. Strong desire to lead while remaining hands‑on in business development. Benefits Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
