Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized, one-on-one occupational therapy in patients’ homes
- Evaluate functional abilities and create tailored treatment plans
- Help patients build strength, mobility, and independence in daily activities
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that values your expertise
- Educate patients and families for long-term success

Requirements
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of New Mexico
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Prior experience in home health preferred but not required.
