As a Psychiatrist at Seattle Neuropsychiatric Treatment Center PLLC, you will play a critical role in diagnosing, treating, and managing complex mental health disorders in a diverse patient population. Minimum Qualifications: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Completion of an accredited psychiatry residency program. Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry. Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice psychiatry in the state of Washington. Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention. Preferred Qualifications: Fellowship or additional training in trauma-informed care or behavioral health specialties. Experience in clinical supervision and leadership roles within psychiatric settings. Familiarity with integrated care models and interdisciplinary team collaboration. Advanced certifications in psychotherapy modalities such as CBT or DBT. Prior work experience in a neuropsychiatric or specialized mental health treatment center. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health conditions accurately. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans incorporating psychotherapy, medication, and other therapeutic interventions. Provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed care to patients experiencing acute psychiatric episodes. Maintain detailed and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
