IT Technician

General Description Under the direct supervision of the IT Tech Supervisor. Full Time | Clinton Responsibilities Maintain all computer systems not related to slot machine and table games. Installation of new software and hardware. Building of databases as required and needed. Interpreting vendor quotes in relation to new computer hardware and software. Making recommendations for new software and hardware as needed. Troubleshoot computer server problems and recommended course of action. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Two years progressive work experience working with both computer software and hardware. Experiences working with databases, spreadsheets and word processing software. Previous work experience with Novell Server. Must maintain valid Cheyenne and Arapaho Gaming License.
