Family in need of a responsible nanny in Parkville, MD.

I am looking for Nanny/Sitter for my 3 years old daughter that will start from Monday through Fri 2:30-5:30pm. I have 4 dogs around and the sitter must be comfortable to pets around. They are small dogs and one golden doodle. The start date will be on January 5, 2026. Sitter should be not too much being on the phone while working or watching my daughter. The sitter should be interact more with my daughter like teaching her numbers, shapes and colors as part of the activities. If the weather is nice the sitter should play with her in our back deck for her to have some play time. The sitter should give her a snack on time. I don’t ask the sitter too much, all I need is to focus with my daughter. We had a bad experience from previous sitter who only wants money but when we review the camera this sitter is only sitting and being on her phone and loves to complain that she feels boring. The sitter should also have a light cleaning for example picking up her toys and put in the box after she played in the living room and just mop the floor that’s all. For meal prep, you don’t need to worry about it. Like I’ve said my pay is $17.00per hour for one toddler. If you stated you have CPR or First training certifications, I need a proof of copy of it. Why? Because some they will lies just to get more money from the family. It happens to us from a previous sitter. The sitter should be comfortable with the camera around the house and outside the house. We need to monitor the daily activities of our daughter while we are in work. And once all this requirements fit you, please message me. Also I will do a background check and the sitter should be okay with that and sign a contract. P.S a sitter should have a reliable ride.
