Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer to partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to identify, engage, and deliver top talent across a variety of corporate functions. This role is ideal for a sourcing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has expertise in passive candidate engagement, talent mapping, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-driven, and skilled at building strong relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing & Candidate Engagement Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill positions Engage passive candidates through outreach campaigns Screen inbound applicants and assess qualifications Recruitment Support Partner closely with recruiters throughout the hiring process Participate in intake meetings to understand role requirements Support hiring goals and reduce time-to-fill Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously (approximately 5–8) Candidate Assessment & Submission Evaluate candidate fit based on skills, experience, and business needs Present qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers Provide candidate recommendations and ensure smooth handoff to recruiting teams Stakeholder Collaboration Attend recruiter and stakeholder meetings Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders Serve as a trusted talent acquisition partner ATS & Compliance Manage candidate workflows within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Skills Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter ( required ) Proven experience sourcing passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles Strong candidate screening and assessment skills Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Technical Skills Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Experience with Workday is preferred Experience & Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5–10 years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, staffing, or corporate HR Experience delivering qualified candidates for professional and corporate roles Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting best practices, and industry trends Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel Preferred Experience Full-cycle recruiting experience Experience recruiting for: Product Management Category Management Supply Chain Corporate Marketing Experience sourcing for hard-to-fill professional roles #J-18808-Ljbffr LanceSoft, Inc.
