Clinical Details:
- Case Mix: 3D, IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, SRS
- Daily Responsibilities: Film checks, on-treatment visits, and imaging checks for CT-Sims
- Patient Load: Approximately 25 patients on treatment daily
Certifications & Licensing:
- Certifications Needed: Active medical license in Arizona
- Willing to License: No - active Arizona license required
Additional Information:
- Estimated Privileging Timeline: To be confirmed during credentialing process
- Trauma Level: Not specified
- EMR in Use: Details provided upon interview
