Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active Indiana Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Minimum experience: No new graduates required. Prior outpatient physical therapy experience required. Experience evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and documenting using approved clinical formats. Experience with functional treatment programs and patient education. Ability to delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services and supervise students as assigned. Required to float within southern Indiana outpatient clinics as needed. Maintain professional licensure, complete state‑mandated continuing education, and adhere to state Practice Act and facility policies. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient. Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule. Assignment Duration: 13 week assignment. Floating Requirement: Candidate will float within general southern Indiana outpatient locations.
